I remember reading, either on here or the other XV forum, that someone found out that Torklift was coming out with a bumper plug cover for the Ecohitch.  I believe it is magnetic.  I messaged Torklift and sure enough they are and they say it is close:

"We are finishing last minute changes on the product and should be releasing it soon. I will add you to our list to let you know once it is released. What is a good email address to contact you at?"

I added myself to the email...

Looks like I'll be on here looking for tips and info on my new ride soon-ish. Dealer said about 10 weeks give or take for delivery. That was the most painless car purchase of all time.. Thanks to Livermore Subaru!

Ordered a 2L premium with manual and a handful of options. This will be my daily driver when bigger jobs do not require the F-350 I normally drive now. I will want to get a nice gear basket for the roof that can handle hevy-ish stuff and a ladder, but also be useful for trip...

Well I consider myself a jack of all trades master of none type of guy.  I ordered my Castrol Oil and new filter and proceeded to change my oil and save a few dollars.  (first oil change for my new car) I climbed under my Crosstrek located what I thought was the engine oil drain plug and to my surprise out came a real clean blue colored oil.  THATS RIGHT, I drained my transmission fluid by mistake.  UGH, no place to refill, at least I couldn't find one.  I had to have my car towed to the local S...
